Gold Number and Double Gold in 10eLotto
What is the Gold Number in 10eLotto
To celebrate its fifth anniversary, starting from June 25, 2014, 10eLotto introduced a new play option called Golden Number (Gold Number). From October 1, 2017, a second Gold Number was also introduced — both correspond to two numbers contained within the twenty winning numbers of 10eLotto.
If you choose to participate in the 10eLotto draw linked to the Lotto draw, the two Gold Numbers are always the first and second numbers drawn on the Bari wheel. For the 10eLotto draws that take place every 5 minutes and for the Instant Draws, these numbers are automatically selected by the system from among the 20 drawn numbers.
What is Double Gold in 10eLotto?
With the introduction of the second Gold Number, another additional play option was created: Doppio Oro (Double Gold). By adding the Double Gold option to your ticket, you gain an extra opportunity to increase the value of any prizes won in 10eLotto.
How to play with Gold Number and Double Gold
The 10eLotto ticket and its participation modes remain unchanged — an additional box has simply been added that you can check to include the Golden Number option in your play. The cost of the Gold Number option equals the cost of a regular 10eLotto play.
If, in addition, you also check the Double Gold box to include this extra optional game, the total cost of your 10eLotto play will triple. However, this also increases the value of any potential prizes.
Prizes
After the draw, you must compare your selected numbers with the 20 numbers drawn. If the two Gold Numbers are among your chosen numbers, you win prizes calculated according to the tables shown below. You win Gold Number prizes if you correctly guess one of the two Gold Numbers, and Double Gold prizes if you guess both.
Note that as of October 1, 2017, the multipliers in the 10eLotto game have been redefined; therefore, the prizes shown below differ from those available before September 30, 2017.
