How to Claim SuperEnalotto Prizes
The routes for claiming SuperEnalotto winnings depend on the amount won and on how the ticket was played (at a retailer or online).
How to Claim SuperEnalotto Prizes: Retailer Tickets
If you won with a ticket purchased at a retailer (or any other physical outlet authorized to sell SuperEnalotto tickets), you can collect your prizes by presenting the original ticket to the point of sale where the play was made. This must be done within 90 days of the date the winning numbers are published in the official bulletin for that draw; any later, and the prize will have expired.
The method of payment varies depending on the amount won:
Prizes up to and including €520
The prize can be collected at any retailer or Prize Payment Point within 60 days from the publication of the winning numbers in the Official Bulletin. After the 60th day and up to the 90th day, prizes can be claimed only from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the following Sisal offices:
- Milano, via Ugo Bassi, 6 - 20159
- Roma, via Sacco e Vanzetti, 89 - 00155
Prizes over €520 and up to €5,200
The prize can be collected within 60 days from the publication of the winning numbers in the Official Bulletin at the retailer where the play was made or at a Prize Payment Point. After 60 days, prizes can still be collected up to 90 days after the draw, only from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the following Sisal offices:
- Milano, via Ugo Bassi, 6 - 20159
- Roma, via Sacco e Vanzetti, 89 - 00155
Prizes between €5,200 and €52,000
Payment is made by bank transfer within 60 days after the publication of the winning numbers in the Official Bulletin at one of the Sisal Prize Payment Points. The bank transfer is made within 30 days from the date of delivery of the winning ticket. After the 60th day, claims can only be made from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at:
