What is the Play Your Date lottery?
Play Your Date is different from traditional lottery games because it requires you to pick a date: day, month, and year (from 00 to 99). It was launched in July 2023 and offers prizes of up to around €3,000.

How do I specify the first two digits of the year I want to use?
You don’t need to! For example, if you want to play 13 January 1998, you simply enter 13 01 98. The lottery doesn’t distinguish between 1998 and 2098.
Does my date have to be a real calendar date?
Yes, so you won’t be able to play impossible dates such as 31 February.
When are the Play Your Date draws held?
Draws take place every day at 8:30 PM.
When does ticket sales close?
Ticket sales close at 8:28 PM and reopen for the next day’s draw at 9:00 PM.
How much does it cost to play?
Playing a single date costs €0.50. You can enter up to 10 date combinations at a time.
What is the minimum age to play?
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a ticket.
How many consecutive draws can I enter?
You can play up to 15 consecutive Play Your Date draws at a time.
How do you win prizes?
To win the jackpot, you need to match the winning day, month, and year. You can also win smaller prizes by matching just the day and month, or only the year.
How much can you win?
The top prize is worth around €3,000, although the jackpot amount depends on the number of tickets sold. Play online, with winnings up to €5,200 are automatically credited to your gaming account.
What are instant wins?
When you buy a ticket, one out of ten is awarded an instant prize of €1, which is automatically credited to your online gaming account.
What are the odds of winning?
The overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 8.9. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 36,500.
How do I claim a prize if I win?
As Play Your Date is an online-only game, all winnings are automatically credited to your gaming account. If you win more than €5,200, you can collect your prize at one of the Sisal offices in Milan or Rome.
