How to claim a prize won at a retail location or online

For claiming cash prizes won playing VinciCasa, the rules of the so-called “National Totalizer Number Games” apply. Therefore, the same guidelines that apply to claiming SuperEnalotto prizes are valid for VinciCasa.

For plays made at a physical point of sale, prize payments are made only upon presentation of the original, intact game receipt valid for the play in question. For online plays, refer to the rules of the platform where the player has opened their gaming account.

Did you win the top prize?

If you matched all five numbers and won the first-tier prize, congratulations! To claim your winnings, you must go to the Prize Office at one of the two main Sisal offices:

40% of the prize will be paid in cash via bank transfer within 60 days from the deadline for submitting any claims.

Regarding the portion of the prize that must be used to purchase your dream home (60% of the total), you have two years to decide. You are not limited to a single property: you can purchase multiple properties, not necessarily residential, as long as they fit within the budget and are located in Italy.

Once you have made your choice, you must contact Sisal and provide:

• The date, time, and location of the property transfer;
• Seller and notary references;
• The price of the property (or properties).

On the day of the transfer, a Sisal representative will attend and deliver cashier’s checks and collect the documents related to the purchase, including the notarized deed of sale and copies of the ID documents of both the winner and the seller.

Note that any other expenses related to the purchase of the property (or properties), such as notary fees or taxes on the purchase, are the responsibility of the winner.

Time limits for claiming prizes

The maximum period to claim prizes is 60 days from the day after the results are published in the Official Bulletin.

For cash prizes, after 45 calendar days from the day after the official announcement, winning tickets must be presented at Sisal Prize Payment Points. After these deadlines, the right to claim the prizes expires completely.

For first-tier prizes, once the two-year period has passed:

• If you have not used the prize, you will receive 20% of the amount in cash;
• If you have partially used the prize, the remaining 50% will be paid in cash.

In both cases, the unused portion of the prize will go into the fund dedicated to financing first-tier prizes.
